Elastomer end-milling has attracted attention for use in the small-lot production of elastomeric fragments because technique is an applicable method a large variety materials and does not require preparation expensive time-consuming moulds. In order to effectively utilize elastomer end-milling, it necessary ensure machining accuracy parts machined through this technique. However, control error been presented since most services part are based on enterprise-dependent dexterities or know-how. The objective paper construct model end-milling. A statistical upon physical states conditions introduced investigated. paper, framework modelling also proposed. framework, candidates variables evaluated preliminary experiments. Moreover, constructed by using selected variables. Candidate cutting predictable state such as workpiece deformation force. investigated evaluating prediction with experimental results.
